im sure i read they are having elections in this region of wayy kann.the election finish within 10 days if i recall and im sure thier will be some new policies out of this.so its possible we are also waiting to determine who is elected first and the type of govering before we go ahead with our drilling campaign...ps if its not the weather its elections....its a long shot yet its all i got....
