How long do management expect shareholders to be patient and rely on all those promises that never arrive? Obviously many have already jumped ship.
Will the ship run aground before it sinks?
At some point observers must be thinking "what would be the value of the asset if it were sold to someone who had the means/expertise to actually develop it?"
I am guessing that the current share price is approaching that value.
