Do we think maybe we should have had this great run of announcements first then Initiated a capital raising so we would have diluted a little less at a higher buy in?

Well that depends if there are a great run of announcements to follow. If not, then the interest would have petered out and we're back to where we were. I doubt the placement is going to be successful in any way currently. My guess is they will extend the final date for applications.
