Hi Ridgydidge75. I reckon there are a few areas of interest here.

1. Rio JV. This was done when coal prices were higher so may need to be renegotiated (down). So Rio are going slow. Still, they may need to up the ante soon, or the option period will expire and someone else with patience may acquire it.

2. The South Clermont JV is with a financier. Presumably (not stated) they will pay for their 50% with cash. That might neatly sidestep the current inefficient arrangement that is heavily dilutive. Boy, the market would like that!!

3. Sale of a tenement to Wesfarmers (sorry can't remember which one neighbours a Wesfarmers tenement).

Each of these is probably bigger than current market cap.
