    Hi Swami,

Thanks for your insight. Its good to see everyones opinion so that we can consider our own logic. I think you're partly right. It is gloomy on the coal front right now.

This is what the big boys are taking advantage of. I am invested in a couple of "sleepers" that everyone is just sitting and waiting for the hey day to come. But this one has consistently gone down in price on the back of good news announcements since about October last year.

I cant believe that this is wholly related to the industry woe's. The price has halved in that time and there continues to be downward pressure. Just have a look at how many times over the last couple of months the shares have traded at 0.7c all day only to be sent back down to 0.6c after the close of trade for some pathetic $150 or so trade. Is that not manipulation?

The company is tied into a two year deal that keeps it afloat giving shares to a SI for 80% vwap. I am not saying they shouldn't have done it. The reasoning behind their decision is sound. However, given the current state of the coal scene as well as the general turning up of the nose that exploration stocks have been given by the market plays into the hands of the "big boys". They accumulate millions (literally) and then sell them for X percentage profit. The lower the share price goes the higher their return per pip. But are they selling them all? I also think that our SI is off loading to the market for what ever they can and that is what is driving the price down. Why would someone pay more if they could get them for less?

Where does it leave the retail investors? Out of pocket if they lack the patience. I just wish i had waited till now to buy. If i had one of them crystal balls everyone talks about on HC i most definitely would have waited.

But i didn't. And that was because the research i did pointed to the fact that this was severely under rated back in March last year (when i bought my first slab). I then bought more again at 0.9c thinking there was no way this could possibly go any lower.

Cashrepellant nailed it. The big boys are here because there is value. All we need is patience and we will be rewarded handsomely (IMHO).

    Hope this makes sense ;)
