IMO a 50 cent SP is a trifle unrealistic to put it mildly. How do the analyst's come up with their figures which ,almost invariably, suggest a gross undervaluation of the company's prospects ? IMO the analyses are not worth reading. Also I disagree with the general consensus on HC that the GP will rise .IMO the GP is more likely to fall. Contrary to popular HC opinion the GP ,based on the GP macrotrend (adjusted for inflation ) is actually still in a strong bull market but is already turning down. I am a trifle surprised at that too! I've read too many positive messages about the GP on HC ,there isn't much of a balanced view that's for sure! I'm wary of highly selective percentage increases from the past used to justify possible future SP increases but it makes for a " feel good" read.I don't disagree with your logic if the GP rises I just disagree over the outlook for gold. I hope I'm proved wrong. Still CHZ by dint of a very advantageous fiscal jurisdiction and favourable capex costs should prove a winner .however to become a significant mine CHZ needs a substantially bigger resource .GLTA!
