You want billions of tonnes of coal and only around 120m underground of very good quality (thermal) take a look at MTE. Have spent around $45-$50m on exploring (inclusive of $30m spent by JV partner Sinocoal). Problem is that it has no port and rail solution and COAL is out of favour bad. Most of the explorers don't have rail and port solutions either.
