Hmmmm . . . what to make of this?
On the positive side, Ian shows a bit of confidence which is good. But I would have thought Ian could have forked out a bit more than $5k to make that a convincing confidence.
On the negative side, I presume that there is no finance deal pending because then Ian's purchase would have happened with insider knowledge.
