Grasp those straws mate, that report is sillier than EWC's current business plan , EWC is not EWI's "Parent Company" in any sense nor vice versa.
If EWI, EWC or that particular reporter are implying the relationship exists then it diminishes the credibility of all involved and should probably be investigated by ASIC.
Hopefully you have verballed that report or it is a misprint otherwise the whole thing is too smelly for words.
