change of director's interest notice, page-47

I had a look at Asic public document today. James Kellet is the managing director of Furneaux Equity Limited, one of the three directors of this unlisted public company limited by shares. No % holding was in the document. Last annual report showed this company had losses. Did not looked at cash flow. I supposed if this co was in a loss situation you would think money came from him, or one or two of the other directors or solely him.

The bottom line is who cares which one or all of the three directors funded the acquisitions. Someone invested in ESN invested 124k into Esn. So what is the deal. Am i missing something? Spend the whole weekend arguing about nothing. Dont you guys have a life?
