The take over price is 66 cents. The offer is currently set to close (after a number of extensions) on 31st March but the offer is subject to approval by the Hong Kong stock exchange which is opposing it. Their ruling is currently subject to appeal but if the appeal fails then all the shares that have accepted the take over will be returned. Have a look at recent announcements by ELM on the ASX website.
The market is pricing a low probability that the take over will go ahead but who knows...?
