I just really can't believe it. it's incredible. It's terrifying.

Please read the piece Peirpont did on Mortimer in the AFR last year I think, condeming his treatment of shareholders, and explaining how he uses the vehicles to line his own pocket.
In some ways Mortimer would be glad he has been attacked in the press, he can always argue we were warned about him. Sure, but really this rights issue is taking it to another level, there is no plan for that money outside of paying fees to himself and related parties.
