Borris that's fair enough if jt is an entity controlled by James Kellet in which he owns some/all shares but you have said this previously;

"The Director has put in his own $124k to buy shares in the company that is at the spec end of town"

So which one is it? To me they are very different, especially if it turns out to be Some if the shares that he owns. Borris can you tell us % ownership James had in this other co?
