"An entity controlled by James Kellett", per the last announcement, suggests that he owns most/all the shares in the company?

I don't think I said anywhere that the shares in Furneaux can't be traded but if Kelletts owns most/all as he controls the entity you can assume you'd have to buy from him, if he wanted to sell, as I said above.
