this is unfortunately the dangers and or frustrations of investing in high risk small cap explorer like OBL.

while Neil and crew have presumably done as much preparatory work as possible, there is always some conditions on the grant that need extra work.

plus that form submission is more like a big book submission due to the complexities of oil exploration. It may take them weeks just to type up the final drafts and have lawyers, consultants, geologist and other stakeholders to review and signoff before submitting. None of this can be done until the approval come through.

it will then take time for the department to review and sign off from their stakeholders as well.

in short, we have to wait quite a bit longer I suspect. So relax and wait or sell to relieve yourself of the stress
