Neither of us are wrong completely - looks like someone poked a trade through at or after close to park the price back at $15 or the days trade didn't trip the minimum to reset the price for some reason (maybe need 50+ shares traded to reset price?)

shows the price from before 10am to the 4pm close as being $12. But the trading summary gives a last price of $15; go figure.

The Depth/LII gives the days trades as one trade of 47 share pushing the price up to $25.45 and one trade of 47 shares at 09:53 pulling the price down to $12.
