if options are not converted co will need revenue or more notes with in the next 1 - 2 months, either way with out substantial revenue more notes will be required or more options converted or do you see or know of an alternative?

Co's refresh their ability to issue equity every year at their AGM. This happened for ESN last Nov. Prior to that, they had no capacity to issue new shares which led to the CN package.

Now they have new capacity and can issue fresh equity if/when required. You also can't force people to convert options. They may have come free with the CN, but they still cost .001c to convert. Not everyone is that flush.

Also, re the above on Directors etc. ESN operate out of San Fran which is where all the Mgt team reside. Kellet is there more than he is in Oz. The Directors have served a purpose to date and I assume as the companies grow, so will the board with relevant expertise.

"Serious acquisitions" are definitely NOT what the co's needs right now as that will cost "serious" money or further equity issued (dilution). The company needs to show it's business model is sound which will lead to revenue and subsequent growth. After that and when the company is financially sound, that's when you look at acquisitions to further grow.

Also, the company is in the process of listing an ADR in the USA. That is the first and logical step to attracting US investors as has been discussed on this thread numerous times Malmanu. It is too small to list on the NASDAQ. Refer listing guidelines on their website.

I refer you to the CEO's address at the AGM last year for all that relevant material.
