1) 2 significant holders selling out - approx. 90 million shares need to be sold
2) short sellers are front running (legally) the significant holders above

Also the recent report didn't help matters much either. With the right management, people who aren't just interested in feathering their own nest and were concentrated on improving shareholder value, this company could be doing significantly better. That the current management has been (and will be) paid large short term incentive bonuses is a joke.
