re: best underperformer HER has had one of the better bankable feasibility studies sitting there waiting for some creative project financier to tap them on the shoulder to say:-

" we know this part of Indonesia is a tad tricky from a sovereign risk point of view, and the angle of plunge on the orebody is a b!tch-45degrees is a pain in this host rock, and the road to the coast is going to be a nightmare, but....

zinc price has gone gangbusters, no-one else is building anything significant, the cost of the negatives above should have been factored into the project costings.!"

Love to know why the project debt boys have not moved as yet? Does not look overly complex even if you discount everything .
