I bought $10k's worth of FGE stock on the Dec 31 2013 and held until the end, losing the lot.
Am I eligible to be included in the class action? I interpreted the legal requirement as being for those who bought on Jan 1 or later, not prior to that date, but I'd be happy to be corrected.
