get real. if share placement to bret of tfa then it has to be disclosd. last placement to tfa was at 2 and sp is 1.4. if you are worried about tfa taking stock ring fwl and ask them to place shares at 2 cents for you or even better buy on line. and as I have said before I would prefer to see directors buying than selling in any market. bag fwl for poor sp performance or give some useful comment about market or project but stop being a pair of old fish wives making stuff up that cant happen because of the listing rules.
