My recollection is the Thailand business, named after the companies original name "Safeeffect" is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABV.
When it was restructuring a while ago (About 2002/2003) the venture capital firm supporting the change sent people over there to do due diligence, one of those is still a shareholder in ABV so you can take from that some re-assurance.
