re: Ann: Terms of appointment of new Managing... Well the guy must be a good negotiator as he sure seems to have got himself a good wicket. Bigger high growth companies are paying a lot less on ASX. Not sure what the board is thinking and not a good sign in my mind as I can't see from the brief scant details we have what skills that directly relate to this business. I must be missing something and I'm sure someone will correct me.

Companies just have to get into more performance and long term performance rewards and shareholders should be the one pushing for it. just can't afford the cash outgoings when you area small growing company.
