Cryptic statement that Millenium is now 4 months behind, when 3 months ago it was only 1 month behind. This means NOTHING has progressed in the past 3 months! What have the directors been doing ? Cost over runs, poor disclosure of problems + losses. 40 mil in lost profits, this is not what we expect from EXL !
However, for some reason that escapes me the price has bounced back above $6 which tells me that there is info out there which is not being disclosed to the market - somebody is getting a buy opportunity on some inside info. What is it ?
