I have seen this all before. Boys at the top pocketing big bonuses while treating shareholders with contempt & indifference, especially in the mining industry. Greedy, calculating, big egos & ability to lie & manipulate people but they always manage to harness these (fortunate or unfortunate) traits & land an even better job. I guess these are the "skills" other companies are looking for. Although after pocketing such bonuses & owing contractors huge amounts of money I think I'd me changing my address & maybe invest some of the cash on hiring security.
