Ann on 28/11 was pure spin. A balance sheet is not "strengthened " when you chuck more debt at it.

The fact that since this debacle started they did not publish a pro forma balance sheet and only sprouted meaningless EBITDA numbers is another dead giveaway.

Final wash-up will be very interesting reading. would not surprise me if these guys lost more money in the last year than the group ever made in its entire history as a listed entity.
