Samkos, it will be unlikely that either HHH or HQ will increase the offer price. HQ's a rights issue therefore should be done at a discount to the prevailing share price; and HRR has offered to take part of what you shareholders including HQ have left on the table from last year's rights issue.
Be a hero, vote for HQ and might as well kiss hope goodbye.
