    Locust1,

I did read your post last year, and I accept your opinions on mgmt. However, if Salim was able to 'encourage' KGL to sell Andash to ROL cheaply, so as to get a larger holding of Romang then so be it. But, I don't think for 1 minute, that ROL will lose the Romang project to Salim, unless they buy it off ROL, or takeover ROL. If everyone wins then it's a good deal.. right? A multi-billion dollar project has the ability to reduce the 'share' of the project, and still be extremely well rewarded.
As far as Reliance Resources goes, whilst the directors of ROL have an interest in it, the money paid was very small, and would not put any pressure on ROL at all. They are well funded, which is really a small price to pay for 4% of the company. I understand what you are saying, that verbal deals may have been done, but when you have a multi-billion dollar resource (JORC and drilling is proving that more and more), why is it such a bad thing to 'share it around' and de-risk any other involvement? Sure Salim may have a lot of 'influence' in the decisions, but we can all still make a lot of money out of Romang, and I personally don't think that is such a bad thing...

    E.
