Things would be different if Talbot didn't die in that Congo plane crash. He was instrumental after the Billiton purchase and his company is still invested heavily in ROL. I got into ROL when he became a major shareholder and was impressed with Romang way back then. Now they have 2 more world class deposits (Andash & Talas). ROL are stronger than ever, with shareholders wanting more. I believe the $25m placement will easily be fully subscribed.
