Each to their own opinion of course, however my view is as a newby to this stock, but 15 years in trading commodities & mine finance, is that ROL have had some very strong exploration results & could have three very good projects on their hands. Three! I think if they were just milking the market they would look to raise $3-5M not be as ambitious as go for $25M. I think they realize they have three great prospects & they need a major cash injection to develop these further.
