While Neuren, Prana and Benitec all have very interesting technologies/treatments, I think the only Aussie company that has the potential to get a market cap anywhere near that vicinity is Mesoblast.
It is the only one with so many late stage potentials for large markets, in a completely game changing technology that it has an extreme advantage over any competitors in the area.
This will be their year and if they have good results and potentially an approval, they will be the best performer in the ASX200 for 2014!
