I tend to agree it won't be a company that has a single wonder drug unless its a cure for cancer or a better cure/treatment for HIV or a drug that can prevent Heart Attacks that would be something!
Instead I think it will be a company that can provide a ground breaking new drug/technology for the delivery of existing drugs/vaccines that greatly improve their effectiveness
I remember there are some companies who had delivery methods which were oral instead of injections or skin patches vs injections but I think these failed to improve the effectiveness of the drugs
