- Businesses that are underperforming and in need of extensive operational change to achieve their potential - While underperforming, usually EBITDA positive, or with a history of profitability, prior to a deterioration in performance

- A high quality management team is in place to execute the turnaround program Anchorage have a track record of hands on collaboration with management to drive performance improvement
Geographic focus
- Opportunities in the Australian, New Zealand and SE Asian markets
