If you think this is a good announcement then you are in for a rude shock.

The very first dot point saying V 1.0 of the Oracle to Sequel Server and yet at the end of update saying Oracle to Sequel Server is 40%+ transferable....that is NOT version 1.

"This allows existing Oracle infrastructure users to seriously consider the option of conversion and migration to a SQL Server platform....." no IT manager in their right mind would seriously consider 40% as being acceptable.

"Release V1 MySQL to SQL Server"......"offers similar benefits to the Oracle to Sequel Server product." so there is about 40% conversion on this as well. Same response to above

etc etc If you think this is a good announcement good luck to you. IMHO
