Agree re money issues. I cannot see any change in the near future.
Even when there is money,FWL will be at the bottom of the list of likely successful candidates. That Yalrimbi has nothing going for it, that I can see.
My CAP is getting hammered yet they have an excellent project, 100 year supply, low cost, and ready infrastructure.
