A couple of us have been trying to nut this out after the ann the other day but, when things are as clear as mud ( not even sure the company has any idea what they have the rights to ? ) it's not so easy.
Does anyone have any idea on where the company stands with the access to the Spraberry Dean and all other intervals down to the Strawn ?
As is written in the original doc's, in the Lease 771 which has 12 tracts and 8 of these tracts are in Reagan County, 4 are in Irion County ( Irion County tracts have been redundant for some 8 month's from memory ? )
All 8 tracts in Reagan are listed down to the Strawn and all verticals the company has drilled so far are on these tracts in Lease 771.
Specifically my questions are,
1) Why have they lost the Spraberry Dean interval in #1 & #2 when it specifically states they go down to the Strawn ?
2) Is it because they have only produced from the Wolfcamp in #1 & #2 ?
