    $28m at 1 cent, thats another 2,800,000,000 shares on the way

    the $7.5m con note can be exchanged for cash or shares, but most probably shares as tI doubt they will have the $7.5m to pay back, so that another 750,000,000 shares.

    Oh Yer, that will be 4,255,692,712 shares on issue.
