Kinda have to wait and see how the BRU/OXX/OBL situation plays out or if a compromise eventuates. There are many, many different outcomes... The judge in the NT case talked about BRU coming in as a factor between OBL and the NT claimants. It doesn't sound likely that OBL is going to end up with a much bigger chunk than OXX in that case if they go ahead with it. Who knows though, only gleaning what we can from the publicly available info.
