My understanding as a shareholder.When ESN were no longer able to trade they sold the eminerva schools programme to UXC FOR $1,000,000.The main customer was the Qld Catholic Schools .The present owners purchased ESN as a shelf company before renaming as MMZ. MMZ was used to develop as a sight for competitions for photography. The people who were employed to run the schools programme were used to use their skills to develop ESN as it stands today as a seperate company.
