nsp price manipulation ??

If the price of a share is 6c bid and 8c offer, my broker will not allow me to buy at 8c, but rather ask me to "price discover" by putting in a bid at say 6.5c. This is to avoid someone manipulating the price of an illiquid share.

Today, while the NSP price was 6c/8c, a trade for 13,000 shares, worth $1,040 was made at 8c, thus making NSP up 14%. I am happy that the price is up.


Let's hope these trades go toward the calculation of "conversion to shares is based on the 5 day VWAP of NSP’s trading days immediately prior to the loan date."

Now I am not saying this is "price manipulation", nor am I saying that it is "creating a false market", but I can understand how some might see it as that.
