Anyone follow this company? Seems to me, if this deal goes through (scheduled completion in March) they are offering to buy back their shares at 8 cents compared to the last sale price of 5.6.
The $42m cash they will have after completing the deal and redeeming the convertible bond will buy back all the shares (529m) at 8cps.
