Im not sure,they did not mention over subscribed ,or did they mention a scale back.Time will tell.What a compelling raising considering how tough the market has been.One would think people in the no are getting set for the huge upside this company has.Time will tell .Hope i am right as i am loaded to the hilt on this one.
