I wouldnt be surprised to see the SPP well oversubscribed and thus why buyers are willing to pay above now before it see's the light. Management have done us a favour by loyally offering the SPP, done their major holders a favour, doubled their land holdings way to cheaply hey Ubid, and could start anytime to DSO by truck pretty quick to the rail line to Darwin, let alone the Chinese study etc going on in SA. Why would you sell your 14c shares?????
