I have Always enjoy your wisdom.
Its got nothing to do with being smart, When a management team do a capital raising on the promise of a drill in December and Don't. I was lied to, I wasn't being dumb. WE just got ripped off. Most people end up in court for making false statements and make money out of it.
Ok simply. You offer a product for sale. In our case a drill in December, We buy the product. (the drill in December)We don't get the product. that's a rip off. In all business transactions if you don't get the product or product is not as described you get your money back. Its got nothing to do with speculation of oil -gas coming out of the hole . Its making the hole.
Ill leave it at that.
