    At last someone else telling it like it is instead of the usual head in the sand baloney penned on here. I could not agree with you more Ben.

    Thankfully I am in a better position than you, and will be delighted to exit this dog with fleas if we ever see the mid 50s again.

    Good luck with your other investments mate. They HAVE to be better than this one!
