I hate to highlight the obvious but 1800 is a short term trade not medium or long term, and for the better part I think the current structure suggests mid 17s will be tested. However this has massive resistance in the mid 1700s and minor resistance around 1690 area. The move I'm interested in is the one to the 2800 area which is the medium to long term trade. Until LEI can prove itself then that position is only a maybe.

As far as your downtrend being broken, no it hasn't. I'm not sure what t/l you've drawn but no trend has been broken.
