MYA is valued near $50m at the moment assuming deal goes ahead and future raise at 1c plus milestone shares.
If the immediate 75m placement at 1c goes to safe hands, there's a chance the milestone shares can be triggered quickly with vendors receiving a $1m loan (wonder if any of it will be used to prop up the sp?).
VWAP above 2c and 3c for at least 10 days would do it.
Alternative milestone triggers are based on revenue rather than profits amongst other things.
