given RTA have highlighted a few times that the export facility/approval is an asset in its own right - I would assume they are talking to a number of parties. The maps they put together are interesting and highlight the range of potential infrastructure partners.
My hope is that they get a consortia together to pursue building it - I am guessing discussions in the background are happening
