.....and there it is! Very disappointing! More dilution and still no farm in deal. They are now also flagging changes to performance shares - I'm sure they'll eventually spin it as being a good thing but any lowering of the bar will hurt existing shareholders (and you can be darn sure the performance shareholders are not asking to make the hurdle more difficult!). Bad Xmas present!
