Agreed Slampoil, you need buckets of money to get started. Economies of scale to get it running efficiently and profitably. NSE are so diversified after this deal if it goes through.

It seems NSE want to take on the roll of a major, with bugger all cash, when in fact they are nothing more than a minnow swimming with large predators.

This deal for NSE will see them so diversified without the necessary focus or money to get there eagle ford assets running like a manufacturing industry.

In my opinion this new deal can only end badly for NSE.
